Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on the development of generative AI.
• Create training datasets to enhance AI fluency and coherence.
• Spearhead reinforcement learning through human feedback.
• Annotate data to align with human values.
• Establish guidelines for AI-human interactions.
• Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and structure of AI-generated text.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate AI models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong grasp of language mechanics.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in internet research.
