Employers: If you are an employer using AI-Mployed to post job requirements, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.b. Candidates: If you are a candidate applying for jobs on AI-Mployed, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.3 Job Postings and Applicationsa. Employers: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job requirements you post on AI-Mployed. AI-Mployed reserves the right to remove any job postings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.b. Candidates: You understand that AI-Mployed is a platform for connecting employers and candidates, and AI-Mployed does not guarantee employment. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your job applications.4 Content Ownershipa. Employers: By posting job requirements on AI-Mployed, you grant AI-Mployed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.b. Candidates: By submitting job applications and related content, you grant AI-Mployed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.5 Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized access, and use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.6 Disclaimer of WarrantiesAI-Mployed is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.7 Limitation of LiabilityAI-Mployed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Platform.8 TerminationWe reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason.
